Follow these guidelines to ensure clarity, consistency and adherence to academic standards.

01 · General Requirements

Before you submit.

  • Manuscripts must be written in English.
  • Submissions must be the author's own original work.
  • Not previously published; not under review elsewhere.
  • All sources, data and references must be properly cited.
  • Plagiarism (including self-plagiarism) results in immediate rejection.
  • Manuscripts are screened for AI-generated content.

02 · Manuscript Structure

Standard sections for empirical work.

Title & Abstract

A concise title and a structured abstract of approximately 200–300 words including purpose, method, findings and implications.

Introduction

Establish the problem, objectives and significance of the study.

Literature Review

A focused review of relevant scholarship that situates your contribution.

Methodology

Detail the research design, participants, data collection and analysis. State ethical approval where applicable.

Results / Findings

Present findings clearly, using tables and figures where helpful — without duplicating information in the text.

Discussion

Interpret your results, link to prior research, and acknowledge limitations.

Conclusion

Summarise contributions and outline implications for theory, policy or practice.

References

Use a consistent referencing style throughout (APA 7 preferred unless otherwise indicated).

04 · Ethics

Research integrity is non-negotiable.

  • Studies involving humans or animals must include approval from an appropriate ethics committee.
  • Authors must disclose all conflicts of interest and sources of funding.
  • All listed authors must have made a substantial contribution to the work.

05 · Peer Review

Double-blind, transparent, fair.

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review. Authors may be asked to revise based on reviewer feedback. The final decision rests with the editorial team, based on originality, quality and contribution to knowledge.

06 · Submission

How to submit.

Online submission opens shortly. In the meantime, prospective authors may register their interest by writing to the editorial office. Each submission must be accompanied by evidence of payment of the article processing fee.
